Duncan has a strong, solid background in residential development, It all began for him at the early age of 17 over time he has built and sold 17 properties, with 16 more under construction and a combined total of over 18 million. He now has a mixture of personal investment and syndicate management.
Needless to say he has extensive knowledge of construction costs and land values across a large number of suburbs.
Duncan entered the industry so he could provide the high standard of service to people that he expected when he was selling his own homes.
